2018 Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Orders may be placed by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the online order form in the wholesale portal.
To obtain a password for the wholesale portal, please send us an email with your business information, including store name, your name, title, and resale license number.
First Order: $200
Subsequent Orders: $100
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
Stationery: 6 per style
Objects: 3 per color/per style
ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIME
Please note: ALL wholesale orders are made to order. Large orders may require extra time and in-stock items may ship quicker.
An invoice will be sent to the email address provided. You can pay via Visa, Master-card, American Express, and Discover. Immediate payment is required when shopping through the wholesale portal.
First time Orders: Payment is due in full prior to shipment
Subsequent Orders: Net30 upon invoice date
Late payments will incur a fee of 15%
We accept order cancellations up to 48 hours after placing it. After 48 hours, your order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Please note: Orders may ship either from our East or West coast facility.
Freight is recommended for large/heavy orders.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. The Savvy Heart is not responsible for unsold inventory.
If damage occurs during shipping, we will replace items if notified within seven days of receiving your order. Other damages will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We are not responsible for replacing goods damaged by employees or customers of your store.
