Introducing The Mini Vessel & Large Vessel with Lid
If you couldn't guess by the title, we have added a couple of new products to our concrete collection! We have been working diligently on these two design over the past few months, and we're excited to share them with you finally.
Some of you might remember that we have been refining our concrete collection over the past few years, and most drastically over the past year. Some of the most significant changes we made before debuting the collection last April, was in the way our concrete looks, as well as crisper and cleaner lines and a couple of new designs. And today, we're releasing the final two designs of the icosahedron collection. The mini vessel and a lid for the large vessel.
Let me take you a little deeper and talk about the design and uses of the new mini vessel and large vessel with lid.
Large Vessel with Lid
One of the things we love most about our concrete collection is that it is so versatile. If you haven't taken a look at our video showing dozens of ways to use our large vessel, go check it out, and you'll see what I'm talking about. The options are seriously endless with our vessels.
We have multiple large vessels scattered around the house, and use them on a daily basis. But, as much as we love a good catchall, Jacob and I found ourselves wanting something to hide the not-so-cute stuff that was in it. No matter what room in the house you look at, every room has those random necessities that are just too annoying to put entirely away, but you don't want to leave it out. So we knew a simple lid for our large vessel was a must.
The lid was designed to be sleek and minimal while not taking away from the shape. We stayed clear of any knobs or handles on the top but made sure it lifts with ease. One of the best parts is that you can double the lid as a coaster. Although, you should be aware that it can be prone to stains, but just think of it adding character and telling a story if you're into that sort of thing.
Keeping with the icosahedron shape, the second design we added is the small, petite vessel. We toyed around with various tealight and votive sizes and styles and ultimately decided on a petite vessel that holds a votive candle, as well as a handful of other items. I think this one is Jacob and I's new favorite. Is it too soon to say that?
The mini vessel is the ideal size for q-tips, small pens, and of course, a votive candle. Do you remember the video I posted over the holidays showing a simple holiday tables-cape using our shallow concrete dishes? I originally wanted to shoot that video with these mini vessels, but they weren't ready. So this year, count on another simple table setting with a bunch of these mini vessels.
The mini vessel and large vessel with lid are the final two designs that complete the icosahedron collection and are available for pre-sale now!
Orders will ship the first week of April!
