Shipping and Handling 

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer a standard $7 flat rate shipping anywhere within the United States. 

  • Please note: your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase. We cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.

  • Most orders will ship within 1 business day; however, at times certain items are in high demand and will unfortunately be on back-order. If you need your goodies in a hurry please contact us and we will be able to let you know if an item can ship immediately. If there is a delay over 5 business days, you will be contacted immediately.

  • All US orders are shipped via USPS, and sometimes Fedex and UPS, and should be received within 5-10 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

  • Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and tracking data.

International Shipping

  • The cost of International Flat Rate Shipping is $30.00 USD.

  • International orders are shipped via Fed-Ex International, or in some cases, USPS (United States Postal Service) International Priority Mail.

  • Delivery is estimated at 5 to 25 business days for most major markets. Shipments to non-major markets may result in additional time.

  • A tracking number will be provided, but if sent USPS (depends on country) once it arrives in the destination country and is being handled by that postal service or customs, the tracking number may not be usable.  Please call your local postal service to see if they can provide you with information. 

  • Any duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the international customer. 

  • If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item.


Returns + Exchanges


We take pride in the exceptional craftsmanship of our products. 

The Savvy Heart accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we will accept returns for store credit in the form of a gift card

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns/exchanges sent after this time will not be honored.

  • The merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn, all packaging in tact. 

  • We do not refund shipping charges.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items, sale merchandise or second quality products. These sales are final.

  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as cleaning, washing or wear.

  • Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where the item was purchased. 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email  Please allow up to 72 business hours for a request authorization reply. You will be sent a return form via email, which must be filled out and included with your return package. 

Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days after we have received it. We will issue a full refund minus shipping costs to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit has been issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to show up in your account. 


  • Send via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.

  • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.

  • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

International Returns

The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted

Damaged/ Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt–with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.

Price Adjustments

If you purchase an item from that goes on sale at a later date, we are not able to honor the lower price unless it was within 14 days. The difference will be provided in the form of store credit.

Payment Information

Customer are not required to create an account in order to access and shop online at, however you are required to provide specific personal information for processing payment and the shipment of purchased items. The information you provide pertains to your name and billing address associated with the card used in the purchase and the shipping information for the order. Any information retained by The Savvy Heart is only used to process payment, ship your order and contact you regarding your order if necessary.

Disclosure + Security of Personal Information

The Savvy Heart will not share any information you provide during the use of this site to any third parties, except when required by law, be it regulation, warrant, subpoena or court order.

This site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software to protect your personal data. The SSL provides endpoint authentication and communications privacy over the Internet using cryptography. The URL or address bar in your browser will indicate this by displaying the following letter "HTTPS" followed by the web address, this will give you assurance that your information is safe during performance of the transaction.

Fraud Protection

The Savvy Heart reserves the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order and or personal information. We also reserve the right to cancel any account or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. This is done for the protection of you the customer as well as The Savvy Heart. If any order is canceled based on suspicion of fraud or illegal activity, any payment received and processed at that time will be returned to the credit account used in the purchase.

The Savvy Heart reserves the right to amend these policies at any time; any changes will be posted online within the "Customer Service" section of this web site so that you are always informed of the policies, the collection and use of your personal information and the circumstances under which we may disclose it.
